02 What to include
- Page name or URL: Tell us which CanadaSteps page you are referring to.
- The issue: Explain what seems outdated, unclear, broken, or missing.
- Official source, if available: Include a government, CRA, Service Canada, provincial, school, or institutional link that supports the correction.
- Keep it non-private: Do not send passport numbers, SINs, UCI numbers, application numbers, tax slips, bank statements, or personal documents.
03 What CanadaSteps cannot do
CanadaSteps cannot decide whether you qualify for a permit, PR pathway, work authorization, or family application.
CanadaSteps cannot calculate your tax filing position, investment room, benefit eligibility, or banking decision for your personal case.
CanadaSteps is not IRCC, CRA, Service Canada, a province, a school, or a bank. For account or application issues, contact the relevant official organization.
CanadaSteps is not monitored for urgent issues. Use official emergency, legal, government, or professional support channels when needed.
